Bidwill Trust Hospital is thrilled to share some incredible news from our latest patient survey results. We have achieved a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 94 for inpatients and 93 for day-stay patients for 2025 – scores that are officially classified as World Class.

What is a Net Promoter Score?
The Net Promoter Score measures how likely our patients are to recommend us to their friends and family. Developed by the global consulting firm Bain & Co and used across industries worldwide, any score over 80 is considered world-class.
We didn't just clear that bar – we soared past it. Our scores place us in the top grouping of private hospitals throughout New Zealand, Australia, and the UK.
